DaMar University Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DaMar University's training platform, courses, or educational services ("Platform"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing DaMar University's Platform or services.

The educational materials, courses, and content contained within DaMar University are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Educational Use License

2.1 Permitted Use

DaMar University grants Students a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials provided through the Platform for personal learning and professional development purposes only.

2.2 License Restrictions

Under this license, you may not:

  1. Modify or redistribute materials: Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from DaMar University's educational content
  2. Commercial use prohibited: Use the materials for any commercial purpose, resale, or public display (commercial or non-commercial) without express written permission
  3. Reverse engineering: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any software or technology used in DaMar University's Platform
  4. Remove proprietary notices: Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations from DaMar University materials
  5. Unauthorized sharing: Transfer, share, or "mirror" the materials to another person, organization, or server without authorization
  6. Account sharing: Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your DaMar University account
2.3 License Termination

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by DaMar University at any time. Upon termination of your access to DaMar University or upon the termination of this license, you must:

  • Cease all use of DaMar University materials
  • Delete or destroy any downloaded materials in your possession (electronic or printed format)
  • Return any physical materials provided by DaMar University

3. Student Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

Students are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Immediately notifying DaMar University of any unauthorized use
3.2 Appropriate Use

Students must:

  • Use DaMar University's Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of DaMar University and other users
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions within the Platform
  • Complete training programs and assessments honestly and without academic dishonesty

4. DaMar University Content and Services

4.1 Educational Content

DaMar University provides:

  • Educational materials and resources
  • Assessment and evaluation tools
  • Student support services
4.2 Content Ownership

All content, including but not limited to courses, materials, assessments, and educational resources, remains the exclusive property of DaMar University unless otherwise specified.

The educational materials and services on DaMar University's Platform are provided "as is." DaMar University makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation:

5.2 Educational Outcomes

DaMar University does not warrant or guarantee:

In no event shall DaMar University, its instructors, or authorized representatives be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform or educational materials, including but not limited to:

  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for DaMar University services
